REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

As our custom Handmade Crochet Rugs are made to order, we will not accept returns for goods that 'Don't look how you imagined' so please be very careful when choosing colours and designs.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

PAYMENT
Freddie & Ava accepts Credit Card and PayPal Payments.
 

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

 

 

SHIPPING

Products are typically processed within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 7-10 business days.

 

Custom Crochet Rugs take 4-6 weeks to be made then 7-10 business days to be delivered.

Please ensure all addresses are correct including PayPal delivery addresses, we can not take responsibility for addrssess that have not been updated through Paypal.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc).

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
